Call Center Operations Manager • CompUSA • 1999 – 2005

Managed call center operations for a 750 seat National Sales & Service Center with 23 Direct Report. Responsible for call flow design, staffing and reporting as well as quarterly business reviews with senior leadership. Utilized Nortel Data streaming from the Meridian PBX into Databases for Employee Performance Scorecards and Queue Performance Monitors.
